R. Sathish Kumar
“There is no greater education than one that is self-driven,” says R. Sathish Kumar, which in itself holds proof of his self-confidence and that which opens out his true worth; since it is a study that goes by this thought that one who knows to study himself is worthy of honest living.
Sathish holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a ‘university rank’ from the renowned University of Madras, the pride of which is portrayed by him with such humility, that one who may not know the true worth of a rank holder might take him plain or quite simple; because Sathish has the technique of making the most difficult seem easy; and the most outstanding seem rather ordinary. He under portrays himself to a level that you sometimes wonder “Why so humble?” Well, this could be the tactics he uses to get things done out of others too, since he is ever ready to say, “ Oh this is nothing”, and he can readily render solutions too, for he says, “ Try doing this and it’s all set and fine.”
As a Neuro-linguistic programmer (NLP), Sathish is able to handle any issue with a perfect psychological approach; and this obviously involves, analysing strategies and applying them to reach one’s intra personal and inter personal goals. With the knowledge he has gained through the NLP he has applied this psycho analyses and skill study method to help others develop their personality. Through promoting skills, such as self-reflection, self-reliance, and able communication he has succeeded well as a practitioner. He has applied the NLP commercially to achieve work-orientated goals, such as improved productivity or job progression and this has found grand results.
And therefore, this trouble shooter in the name of Sathish, has taken up responsibilities where his services have always given comfort to those working with him. With more than two decades of cross cultural experience in various industries of education, Sathish has grown undoubtedly one, and one of the best with anything and everything he has taken up as his job. He has rendered his services to the Madras Management Association as Key Account Management Executive; followed by his dedicated role as Director of Southern Region for The Institute of Indian Foundry men.
