Major Rajan’s career initiated early with a stint in the Singapore Armed forces where he served as a commissioned Army officer. He left the forces after about 12 years full-time service in- search of his passion to do something more challenging and to the society as a whole. He joined Prudential Singapore and was a Financial Consultant for over six years serving people from all walks of life; that’s where he came across many low-income families whose children were deprived in many ways; and families who could not even afford basic life or medical insurance then. Along the way many incidences especially sufferings of disadvantaged children touched his heart; and wanted he to do something for them!

While planning his big passionate project, Major Rajan tried his hand in marketing e-learning programmes in Singapore schools, and has been a consultant at GA Softech India, Belmont Technologies Singapore since 2000.

He is full of energy and passion for creativity and innovation hence, the name ‘ACEnovation’ popped. The incorporation of ‘ACEnovation Pvt. Ltd.’ In September 2019 is the result of Major’s quest for innovation over the years. ‘ACEnovation’ was formerly known as ‘Learnovation’. It is his brain child and this pet project that envisage his vision ‘To nurture a generation that would create a difference which would make our world a better place’.

Life and his way of leading it, have allowed him to climb the steps of success with much dignity and self-esteem. Onto every rung of his life’s ladder he has etched footprints of discipline and decorum. With an air of self- assuredness and poise and with a generous attitude of ‘Service Before Self’, Major Rajan has stood the test of hard work and perseverance and thereby the testimony of honesty and integrity.

‘ACEnovation’, the infant child has from its birth seen a great deal of self – discipline and intellectual reflection in planning and executing its mission in its parent. Now as a one-year old baby, it has witnessed how its father plays a vital role as a team player and a wonderful leader, to create a positive environment, and help develop others as the helmsman and the captain of his ship. The child no more wonders why he is christened ‘ACEnovation’. His parent is the Champion of Innovation and has named his child so!

Now, having grown wiser with experience and age, ‘ACEnovation knows how important it is to be brave and courageous; a lesson he has learnt from his parent; and of course, not to let go unnoticed the simplicity and humbleness that has made many wonder at his parent’s iron will.
‘ACEnovation’ is a proud child and pledges to follow every footstep of the parental dream and so agrees with the thought that, ‘Behind every idea there is a hypothesis, “Reclaim your Creative Confidence” which is all about empowering the power of creativity in everyone.
